    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !! These staffs are giving poor name to PUMA outlets. We bought a two shoes and in one they have kept different sizes we went and gave it back. When we come home and see the cashier kept the security tag on the shoe. We came back to Toronto and tried to get it removed. But no luck. We called the store and they replied “Yeah the staff is new and asking me to come back from Toronto to niagara outlet to remove the tag? and they can’t even accommodate the customers to fix the problem” Toronto premium mall has a better service than this poor sales reps working there. PUMA get rid of this staffs else You will lose many customers.Never going again to this place there are many places I can buy branded shoes.

    The level of service excellence has dramatically reduced over the last 8-9 months at this location.....At one time this was my favorite store at the Niagara Outlets especially during the busy holidays (I was here at least 7 times this past December and January). I do tend to stay away now.
