    Terrible return policy when had a gift receipt - had to go to Pen center to return there as they said it was a new item and didn't carry - RUDE STAFF

    Could cut the tension with a knife. Salesperson was desperate to get us out and sell to others that looked like they had more money. They need to sort out pooled commission or something because I was very uncomfortable with the service.
