  Great experience here. Rooms are very modern and cozy. Complimentary high speed internet was fast. Beds have adjustable firmness which was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is cheap and delicious. Overall excellent experience.

  This hotel is in great location as it's right off the highway and close to the outlets. It's also perfect if you're planning to go on a wine tour because the bus will pick you up from the hotel. The lobby was clean and inviting. The rooms were modern and clean, beds were comfortable. The made-to-order breakfast was hot, tasty and affordable. Would stay here again.

  The staff here were great. I appreciated the restaurant recommendations. My room was comfy and clean. It was an overall good experience. Coming from the States I just think this group knows the meaning of customer service.

  Beds are as soft as bricks stuffed with metal slabs. The convenient adjustable knob was easily accessible and definitely made a difference. The TV audio quality was flawless when muted. The lack of a fan in the bathroom made it much easier to help the other guests hear your poop. The breakfast was available.

  Garden Inn was great where it was located right off the rainbow bridge. The hotel lobby was nice with the decor and the restaurant bar and food was delicious. The room is a bit dated especially since the holiday inn express will be opening up next door, competition for sure. The beds were extremely hard and had a terrible sleep. Tossed and turned all night. Definitely one of the first few things to upgrade right away, bathroom would be second. Staff was friendly, especially Larry at the bar. Front desk lady on check out seemed like she didn't know what to say or how to react when I mentioned to her about the beds. I usually don't complain about much considering I am an employee team member (Guest Services Manager) and was quiet dissatisfied.
